Does this Disc have a special "GPS" tracking chip?

No. Only a compass to indicate the direction in which the disc should be tossed.

Which direction will the discs be marked to be thrown?

West Coast retailers order/stock discs marked to be thrown "EAST". East Coast retailers order/stock disc marked to be thrown "WEST". Discs marked North and South will not be available as they would eventually become logistically improbable. Original product packaging will note that end users can alter the direction mark themselves if they wish using a Sharpie marker pen. The first letter tracking number will always indicate the original direction of the disk. A Sharpie marker pen will also be recommended to use for marking the disc's origin and realease date. If these markings wear away over time and travel, this information will always be available on this website.

Is this not considered "Littering" or "Polluting" the environment?

No. It is always a Flying Disc. Some discs may find themselves inactive from time to time, but someone will always pick it up to toss it onward or take it home. After they take it home, they will likely visit the Toss'N'Track website and realize that they have now become part of the journey. They will make their enrty on the website, rightfully toss it onward and track its movement from then on. They will have become personally involved with the journey of this disc.

What if there are no online reports made on my disc?

Be patient. It just needs to land in the right hands. This DISCLAIMER is printed on the product packaging. Eventually, those that are holding onto it will read the mission statement on the disc and understand the concept of rightfully tossing it onward. A little faith will carry this disc a long way.
